Description: In Part 2 of the course, Identifying and Addressing Risks, Threats and Waste Arising from Workers' Compensation Programs, we will identify and discuss solutions to additional potentially adverse financial events facing unknowing employers. Several of these risks can "pierce the corporate veil," and put the employers personal assets at risk. "



In Part 2 of the course, participants will learn:

  • Risks arising from the lack of coordination between work comp, group health, FMLA and COBRA;
  • Risks arising from incidental exposure to the United States Longshore and Harborworkers Act;
  • Risks arising from OSHA that you won't read on their website
  • Credit Hours: CE #100974, CE 2-20 - General Lines (Property & Casualty), 3 hours

    Cost: $85 members; $135 nonmembers.
