David Thompson will lead a panel discussion with an E&O defense attorney, a former insurance company executive, and two agents who are "in the trenches" like most agents. The discussion is totally unscripted, and lively. What better way to learn some great E&O practices than from these true professionals!

This is FAIA's on-line annual E&O class. If the appropriate number of staff attends this class, your agency likely qualifies for a 10 percent discount on the agency E&O premium through Westport. Please note that both Part 1 and Part 2 (each two-hours in length) must be taken to qualify for the 10 percent credit.
