This course explores why service matters most and why it is never enough. The class analyzes the different types of buyers and what customers want. Quick service and personal attention are key, and class discussion focuses on specific issues. This class also reviews ways to recognize long-term customers, developing a customer service guarantee, five ways to establish common ground with customers and how to deal with angry clients. This class will emphasize the need to turn your clients into loyal clients This class is one of 12 classes designed and approved by IIABA for the Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) designation.
