Description: Join David Thompson, FAIA's resident "Insurance Nerd" as he takes you on a journey along the roads of some of the most intriguing (as well as interesting and troublesome) insurance issues. Just a few of the subjects include: agreed value, tenant improvements and betterments, the CGL "damage to premises rented to you" problem, the CGL auto exclusion, loading and unloading, OCP policies, uninsured motorists coverage, kid's cars, Uber and other TNCs, workers' compensation issues, services such as Airbnb, the Florida Valued Policy Law, assorted NFIP issues, NFIP vs. private flood insurance, and some of the top issues that "make the radar" of the DFS.
